Direct admittance
into FCPA® as a Field Certified Professional™
(FCP™)
is available to individuals who have successfully passed and maintained
a hands-on, performance-based certification recognized by FCPA®.
These currently include
Cisco’s CCIE,
Novell’s CDE,
and
Red Hat’s RHCE.
The opportunity to apply for pre-qualification expires December 31,
2002. The granted certification will be CCIE™/FCP™,
CDE™/FCP™,
and RHCE™/FCP™,
respectively. Similar certifications may be granted for other
certifications that qualify, provided that the respective vendor
endorses FCPA’s certification and FCPA® pre-qualifies the
vendor’s certification. Otherwise, FCPA® will designate its
own branding. |
